Everyone recognises a smiley smile. It’s universal and crosses all ages. It makes us feel good on the inside and out. Anyone on the receiving end of a big smile will no doubt feel great too. It’s incredibly catching don’t you think?
I was absolutely thrilled to find out I had been nominated for the 2016 MAD blog awards for Outstanding Contribution for making the blog world a bit ‘smilier’. As I said in my birthday post earlier this week, my nomination isn’t for something super serious, but it is super-wonderful!
Wonderful because actually, smiling might just be the most important thing you do today, and if I helped to get that beautiful sunbeam plastered on your face, then that in itself is a winner.
5 top reasons why you should get your smile on
- It can make you feel happier.
- It can help to reduce stress.
- It can help to increase your productivity and also your creativity.
- A smile on your face can make you even more good looking than you already are!
- Smiling can positively affect those around you.
