When was the last time that you saw something that made you stop and stand there open mouthed, full of wonder? *Whispers… that time when you peeped into your little one’s room to find the entire contents of EVERY cupboard and drawer emptied out across the floor doesn’t count.
Only a handful of recent moments come to my mind… not including the above.
But, when I look at Little Button I see THAT look of wonder spread from ear to ear across her face every day, several times a day, if not more. It’s beautiful and something that tells me that she is seeing much more than what is simply there. She’s wondering why and how, thirsty for a deeper level of understanding and already popping in her own ideas to see how they might fit.
This quote reminds me that all these wonder filled moments are so important. They are leaving a huge impression, a spark that is leading her onwards. Tugging on her thinking strings and slowly turning her wide-eyed wonder into wisdom.
I am going to take a leaf out of her book. Allow myself time to wonder when the moment comes. To see what happens and where it might take me. Have a go yourself. Always be amazed.
I love how quotes can make you feel uplifted and ready for anything. Throw in a sparkly graphic or two and there you have something gorgeous that’s shareable, printable and ready to go when you need it the most. Enjoy!

This is lovely. And interestingly since starting a blog I have taken much more time (that I don’t really have) to look around at the world, for myself and also to observe my children, taking things in as they do. Wonderful.
