I was blooming outraged to read that the lovely Noleen got her butt slapped by a complete random stranger!?! Talk about invasion of personal space. Ekk!! It’s not ok. I think the more we talk about things like this openly, the more the message will get across that A) this behaviour is unacceptable and B) if it happens to you, speak up.
