Books, books and books!

Yes please.

Gift ideas for book lovers

You can never have enough, can you?! They make a fantastic gift for a special occasion. But what do you get for your book loving, loved one when they already have a whole heap of books just waiting to be read. Simple! Something book themed of course.

Last year I stumbled across the most fantastic online store called Bookishly *love that name. It’s full to the (virtual) ceiling with all sorts of goodies and gems, just waiting to be snaffled up.

Here’s a peek at our gift ideas for book lovers. Enjoy!

4. Strong female characters bookmark bundle – five pack – £3.50

Are you a book corner page folder or do you love a good bookmark (and smooth pages)?

I have to admit that I’m a bit of a page folder ekk! But I think I could be persuaded to change my ways with a set of these.

5.  Magical traits writing journal – £13.00

Does the reader in your life also like to write? Then you’ve hit the jackpot with one of these!

6. CS Lewis quotes “Courage children’s wall art – £10.00 (upwards depending on size)

Even though this is classified as children’s wall art, I’ve completely fallen in love

with this beautiful rainbow coloured quote from the Chronicles of Narnia.

7, 8 and 9. Literary sweatshirts – From £23.00 (size dependant)

It was impossible to pick 1 to feature, so I’ve picked 3 instead. I absolutely ‘heart’ all the Bookishly sweatshirts, especially in pink with red text and navy with rose gold text.

Which one’s your favourite?

I love all these book lovers’ gift ideas, especially the sweatshirts (how cool to be wearing a favourite quote!). The Narnia print is gorgeous too. Love the colours

  2. I love a good book mark #mischiefandmemories@_karendennis

  3. What a great collection of gift ideas!
My favorite bookish gift, however, would still be…
    a book!

  4. Sabina Green says:

These are all really lovely ideas. I love that mug and also the quote sweatshirts are really cool.

I love that quote on the book page – lovely ideas!

  6. Love the gift ideas – in particular the sweater and journal #mischiefandmemories

  7. Some lovely book themed ideas! Particularly like the quotation jumpers! You’d think there would me more time to read in lockdown – but I am finding the whole home schooling thing can be a little all-consuming (I’ve given up on any kind of tidying of the tides of stuff now strewn like blankets across the entire house). But I have promised myself that I will finish my Michelle Obama by the time of our release! #MischiefandMemories

  8. Love all these, but think the sweatshirts are more my style! #MischiefandMemories

  9. As a book lover myself, I love all of these gift ideas! I especially love the ‘though she be but little, she is fierce’ quote sweatshirt!

One of those review type posts that will actually lead me to buying something. Having said that you also reminded me how difficult I am finding it to read anything right now. But that too can pass – I may need one of those strong slogan tops! #MischiefandMemories

  15. Crummy Mummy says:

Funnily enough I have the Pride & Prejudice book quote frame, although with a different quote. It was a present for our wooden wedding anniversary from Misery Guts – such a clever idea! #mischiefandmemories
