Today is Random Acts of Kindness Day. You’ve probably seen streams of the tag #RandomActsOfKindness on social media by now because it’s definitely trending. It always does, and for good reason too.
It’s a day which highlights the importance of actively ‘doing good’ and helping others. Not only is this, of course, a fantastic thing to do for someone else, but, there’s also evidence out there which suggests that it has a positive effect on your own mental health and wellbeing too.
Good on you if you’ve managed to get onboard and share a bit of kindness today. But don’t worry if you’ve not managed to ‘do’ you random act of kindness just yet, because little random acts of kindness can and should be given freely, anytime, no matter what day it is. The most important thing to remember is that we all want to make our world a better place. And, a step towards getting to that better place is remembering to be kind to one another.
Here are 44 little random acts of kindness that you can give, no matter what day it is.
Now go out there and throw kindness around like confetti! You know you want to 😉

Last year during Lent we did a random act of kindess every day. We are going to do it again this year but try to make them acts of kindness towards the planet. #DreamTeam
That is such a lovely idea x
Great one! So rewarding also and really only very little effort to make all our worlds a little bit kinder 🙂 #dreamteam

17 & 21 I did a lot in lockdown. Stopped now. #3 I’m doing a lot of. It’s great seeing the person burst into a smile once they understand what you’ve said – there’s always a brief pause of confusion while they wonder why this stranger is talking to them…ha! #Dreamteam
