How to make Halloween ghost biscuits

October 29, 2019

We’ve been trying out some frightful Halloween makes and bakes over the last few days, and these have got to be one of my favourites. It’s totally because they are super-dupa easy to make *put together, but, also because they taste pretty good with a cup of tea. Yass! Here’s how to make Halloween ghost biscuits (complete with wonky eyes and drippy faces).

You will need:

1 pack of Biscoff biscuits (or those rich tea ones in the same shape)

A bar of white chocolate

Squeezable icing in a tube

Step 1

Break up the bar of white chocolate for melting. Little Button prepared the chocolate and I then microwaved it till the chocolate was gloopy. I would usually do this in zaps of 10 to 20 seconds to be on the safe side, or you could over do the chocolate.

Step 2

Dunk your biscuits face first into the melted white chocolate and then place on a lined baking tray to dry.

*Sorry about the crazy orangey coloured photos!

Step 3

Place your Halloween ghost biscuits in the fridge for approximately 20 mins to dry.

Step 4

Let your imagination run wild and draw on your ghost faces with the icing tubes. Don’t worry about the crazy perfectly imperfect faces, it all adds to the end result.

Step 5

Enjoy your Halloween ghost biscuits with a cup of tea or glass of milk.

I’m not sure how long these will keep, but, as they are incredibly easy to make, they could be made on the day for a sweet Halloween treat.
