I’ve been blogging for about 7 years in the parenting, family and lifestyle circle. But, it wasn’t until my first picture book WILD (Owlet Press) was published back in 2021 that I discovered book bloggers! They are MASSIVE! A real force to be reckoned with and a huge, positive influence when it comes to finding hidden gems.
I’m addicted to reading them, especially the children’s book bloggers. I can’t believe how many fab reads we’ve missed over the years, as a result of opting for bog-standard choices. Ekk!! *Oh the blooming shame!

Well done on publishing a book. That is pretty awesome. I wish I had the confidence to do something like that.
Aww thank you. I can’t take credit for all of it though. It was the publishing house that took a chance on myself and Dawn (co writer -and fellow ex blogger). And then there’s a huge collaboration that takes place between the publishing house, editors and of course the amazing illustrator. We both feel so incredibly lucky and honoured!
