Oh my gosh. I hardly know where to start, except to say a ginormous thank you to everyone who has been voting for us in the BritMums Brilliance in Blogging Awards 2018 (#BiBs2018). *And throw heaps of virtual cake all round.
The nominations are in, and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I spotted our name in the list of finalists for the family and lifestyle category. Cue slight tea mishap – which ended up being thrown in the air and all down my front rather than in my mouth. Oops!
I’m completely overwhelmed! Because, making it as a finalist in the BiBs has been one of those dreams that I didn’t dare let myself have. But here we are, all thanks to you lovely lot.
I’m hoping that I can do my category of family and lifestyle proud. Because it’s all about sharing the good, the bad and truly hilarious moments of family life. In hope, that someone out there will connect to what you are saying and think yes! This is exactly what it’s like. Because at the end of the day we all just want to share a mummy/daddy shell right? #JuliaDonaldsonParody
I’m sure you can already tell that just being one of the eight finalists in our category feels like the biggest deal ever. But. The race isn’t over yet. Votes are now open again over on BritMums. So please do pop over and VOTE for your favourite bloggers to WIN their categories.
