At the final hour, and because we don’t have the use of our kitchen just yet (no sink makes EVERYTHING difficult), we had a bit of an idea. It’s possibly the easiest idea since our Halloween ghost biscuits. Yass!!! To make Halloween paper dolls. Because, what could go wrong. Absolutely nothing! So, here’s our cheat sheet, easey-peasy, literally no-steps needed guide on how to make Halloween paper dolls.
What you will need:
Step one
Design and draw a character for each of your paper dolls. We did a witch, dracula, a mummy, frankenstein and vampire witch. Go wild!
Step two
Before any colouring or decorating, you’ll want to join your paper dolls together (unless they are already joined). Simply fold each doll under the arms and make a snip with the scissors on each side of the body.
When you open the doll, you’ll see a little space to thread your string or ribbon through.
Now join them altogether. They should look like bunting.
Step three
Get decorating! We just used whatever we had to hand as most of our crafty bits are boxed away at the moment.
And there you have it… Halloween paper dolls!
Hang them across your windows, door, wherever you fancy. They look pretty cute don’t they 😉
Love the mummy!
And my heart goes out to you as you renovate! We gutted our kitchen a couple years ago and I wondered if I would survive.
Well, I did, and the results are well worth the anguish!
What a fantastic idea!!! So great! #Dreamteam
These look brilliant – I wish I was this creative! My daughter is only 3 so I bought her some dolls with stickers included to dress them, make their faces etc. She loved them. #DreamTeamLinky
Love these ideas! I really want to make a big deal of Halloween but never seem to remember in time! I will pin these to plan ahead for next year! #dreamteamlinky
These are great. We also did paper dolls over half term, but I didn’t think to do them halloween themed. #DreamTeamLinky
These look fab! Hope you’ve got your sink back now! #DreamTeamLinky
